Ordinary living takes courage, and to rise above the ordinary into the extraordinary takes even more courage. One of the keys to courage is to consider the fear and find a way to let the energy of the fear itself power the action. That is true courage.

We've got less than a week left guys... how is everyone doing?
Better than I thought! I did miss another day but I feel pretty positive about the amount of exercise I DID do on the day I missed the situps. My pants feel more comfortable!
I sort of missed a day - the attunement I did last night was just the barest glimmer of one - HOWEVER, I taught 1st degree Reiki today, and more than made up for it by doing... let me see... a grand total of 20 by the time it was all said and done. So, good for us, Karla! We are so awesomely cool! And how cool that your pants feel more comfortable!
