Human mind as such and its study is a field that has thrilled many because of its complicated nature. Our mind is the control centre of our body. Every emotion, feeling originates in our brain. There are times when we experience certain feelings but can't explain why. We also know that we should change but are unable to find the power to drive that change.
Anything sad that happens in our life is obviously not what we want to experience on a regular basis. But many times we can do nothing about it. The struggle and disturbance that occurs is due to the conflict between the unconscious and the conscious mind.
The conscious mind is the mind we regularly use. All the thoughts and experiences get stored in this. It is this brain which houses our creativity centre too. But our conscious mind is limited by the world we create around us.
The subconscious or the unconscious mind keeps running in the background, storing all images, experiences and emotions about which we are not aware. It is the base where our values, beliefs and emotions live. It is the same component which many of us refer when we say “deep down”. It is a mirror which never lies to us. We are aware that it exists but often do not pay much attention to it.
All the power that we derive comes from the unconscious mind. It is the emotional chord of our body where all the influences and images get stored. But very often we get so involved with our conscious mind that we are not able to tap the potential of our subconscious mind.
Hypnosis is a technique which gives us direct access to our subconscious mind and thus help us realize its potential. We can derive all power from it and apply it through our conscious mind in our daily lives. As the subconscious is the base where all our values shape up, through hypnosis one can gain an access to it and bring any change into our life.
Since hypnosis permeates to the subconscious level and helps us bring the experiences stored there to the conscious level it is very helpful to bring about huge changes. It will not prevent anything sad from happening, but will give us strength to handle such occasions. Hence we will become peaceful in any condition that life presents to us.
