Finish this sentence with the first words that come into your mind:
Opportunities are __________________.
If you like what you just said... that's great! If what you just said shows you something interesting about yourself that you'd like to change, now is the time to take steps to make some changes. Start first with that thought, how can you rewrite the sentence to make it sound and feel true for you?
Once you have your alternative firmly fixed in your mind, you'll begin to notice new opportunities coming your way.
As always, we all love to see what other people write - so log on and share. Something you say might be really helpful to those of us who read it.

Opportunities are endless. Every day is an opportunity to change the rest of my life. What I choose to do with the opportunity is what's interesting. That's where I get to see my pre-programmed, conditioned responses - that's where I get to see how I'm stuck in old patterns. I can't change, I'm out of control, I need more time, money, energy, to do this... I am afraid, I'm uncomfortable, I don't have the discipline, I need help, I'm sure it won't come to anything, and lots and lots of ...but...
Opportunities are accidents waiting to happen!!!
Yowsers!
Ok... I've got to get in my car and get to work - hopefully I won't have any opportunities on the way in.
LOL!!
I've got lots to think about today... opportunities are... hmmm... what are they really??
YES! Endless came to my mind too! I really believe that! It seems like opportunities are not the problem because they are always popping up. It's how we REGARD them and act on them that usually could use some work. Sometimes even recognizing an opportunity for what it is, rather than thinking it's another sucky situation. How do we make the most of all these endless opportunities? It's like being in a huge grocery store and being unsure what to buy and how to prepare it for dinner!! Do we go with what our stomach says, "Buy the sushi, buy the sushi!" or what our mind says, "Sushi is too expensive, get the Top Ramen." Our reactions to our choices are complicated sometimes.
I had the same immediate answer as Karla and Anonymous - Opportunities are endless!!
I agree that the opportunities are always there, it's just how we react to them.
Opportunities are abundance hidden in marvelously wrapped little packages of mystery and surprises, waiting to be opened! Those "surprises" make it seem as if we're asking for things, when perhaps we'll find out what's in them anyway! haha!!! :)
I always seem to have problems with the ribbons, but insist on opening them without using scissors... when oh when, will I learn...
Well... I haven't come up with anything more positive for the "Opportunities are.... " sentence. But it did occur to me that if opportunities are accidents waiting to happen - that it could also be true that:
Accidents are opportunities that have been waiting to happen.
And that does sound positive and good. So, for now, I'm going to leave it at that.
Opportunities are Rising up ALL OVER THE PLACE!
