Fear less,
hope more,
eat less,
chew more,
whine less,
breathe more,
talk less,
say more,
love more,
and all good things will be yours.
Finding out what works.

The Singer of Courage: In our lives we are often, even constantly, confronted with a new world, a new way of being in the world, a new way of seeing and of being seen. Ordinary living takes courage, and to rise above the ordinary into the extraordinary takes even more courage. One of the keys to courage is to consider the fear and find a way to let the energy of the fear itself power the action. That is true courage.

Okay so this morning as I was doing the "I'm Sorry" and "I love you" list of whoever and what ever popped into my mind. I started to cry. I finally had to stop because I simply couldn't take it any more. Felt a little cleansed after all that though. Maybe it is working.
Well... the I'm sorry part just sends me into a bad funk about how it's all my fault and I don't measure up and I've let everybody down... so I'm trying something new.
It goes like this:
I love you!
Thank you so much!!
(for giving me this opportunity to be patient... open minded... non-judgmental... loving... compassionate... etc)
I'll let you know how it works.
