Ordinary living takes courage, and to rise above the ordinary into the extraordinary takes even more courage. One of the keys to courage is to consider the fear and find a way to let the energy of the fear itself power the action. That is true courage.

Nevertheless, I do have to get off the internet now and go to bed. And that's really great because it will make my body quite happy. And that's really important because we are stuck with each other, my body and I, until the day we die, so we need to try to keep our relationship friendly. So thank you Shirley for taking me to bed!
Nevertheless, I do have the capacity to think and reason and grow and that's really great because what would be the point of having experiences with out the ability to adapt, to grow, to bloom.
