Thursday, April 23, 2009Some days it's hard to feel cheerful or positive. It helps if you have a list of all the things that make you smile when you think about them. Post that list somewhere that you're sure to see it. Pretty soon, you'll be smiling.

This one, I love. I think it's the best one so far. I put little sticky notes in my car so that I could remember to smile if I felt myself getting into a funk. A simple smiley face was enough of a reminder. Then I'd think of something that makes me smile - my kittens are the best thing, and I find that my mood lightens and it's easier to stay in a positive frame of mind.
