The longer we are quiet and have most of our mind chatter silenced ... the sooner our true inner self arises. Here's a meditation from Deepak Chopra. It's quite simple. Silently repeat, "I Am" while breathing deeply.
Optimum time is 20 minutes, but any minutes spent in silence, breathing, and remembering that you are part of the greater I AM is going to be beneficial. Print this post

I used this today because it was simple and easy, and I needed SOMETHING to stop some really nasty shirley bashing... and it did actually work.
